Ray Wendt Ibtesam, Founder
Founder and lead attorney Ray Wendt Ibtesam’s top priority is his clients. Fueled by a desire to help others achieve a better life, he regularly goes the extra mile for his clients. Before opening his own practice, Ray worked for two other prestigious Twin Cities law firms.
Ray attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law on a full merit scholarship. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Economics and Political Science from Oregon State University. He graduated with honors cum laude. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and is a member of both the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. With his extensive trial experience and a deep interest in a variety of practice areas, Ray regularly helps people navigate difficult life passages and legal challenges.

Emmalie Brudzinski
Emmalie graduated Mitchell Hamline School of Law cum laude with a Child Welfare certificate. She is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral, and serves as a Social Early Neutral Evaluator in Carver, Dakota, Goodhue, McLeod, Meeker, and Sibley counties. Emmalie is licensed to practice in Minnesota. She represents clients in family matters, including Orders for Protection (OFPs), criminal matters, and Harassment Restraining Orders (HROs). She also enjoys working on probate matters, such as guardianship and estate administration.
Before and during law school, Emmalie worked as a social worker and domestic violence advocate for 9 years. She worked primarily with issues of housing and homelessness, mental health, domestic violence, and legal education for unrepresented parties. She received her Bachelors of Science in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and her Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of North Dakota.
Emmalie currently lives with her husband in Carver County, MN. When she is not working, she likes running, live music, painting and embroidery, and spending time on her hobby farm with her dogs, cats, horses, and chickens.

Sara Jean, Office Manager
A military veteran and graduate of Augsburg University, office manager Sara Jean is a team player who collaborates with clients and staff for an efficient, positive experience for everyone involved.
Nestor, Admin Assistant
Nestor is an experienced admin assistant, best known for his passion for his work and ability to assist clients. He holds a BA in accounting and has prior experience working in customer service, technical support and sales. Nestor is bilingual and regularly assists the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients. He takes pride in providing the best service to our clients.
Henry Meyers
Henry graduated summa cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he received a Burton Award for Excellence in Legal Writing. After law school, he worked as a volunteer for the ACLU of Minnesota, and helped draft an amicus brief for the Minnesota Supreme Court. Henry is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, and enjoys finding creative solutions to complex legal problems.
In his free time, Henry enjoys cooking, weightlifting, writing, and watching movies. He lives with his partner in Minneapolis.
