Brian Stanley attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law on a scholarship and graduated on the Dean’s List with a CALI Award in Commercial Law Survey. He grew up in Two Harbors, Minnesota, and acquired an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.

Brian was motivated to attend law school early in his life from witnessing family members struggle with marriage dissolution and friends enter the criminal justice system. During and after law school, he acquired experience from the Ramsey County Public Defender’s Office, and Office of the Minnesota Appellate Public Defender, clerking at the Hennepin County Government Center, and performing document reviews for two of the largest law firms in Minnesota.

When not working, Brian enjoys exercising, video games, and cooking. He learned how to make the best guacamole from his work as a kitchen manager at Chipotle.
