Ray Wendt Ibtesam, Managing Counsel
Founder and lead attorney Ray Wendt Ibtesam’s top priority is his clients. Fueled by a desire to help others achieve a better life, he regularly goes the extra mile for his clients. Before opening his own practice, Ray worked for two other prestigious Twin Cities law firms.
Ray attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law on a full merit scholarship. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Economics and Political Science from Oregon State University. He graduated with honors cum laude. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and is a member of both the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. With his extensive trial experience and a deep interest in a variety of practice areas, Ray regularly helps people navigate difficult life passages and legal challenges.
Brian Stanley, Associate Attorney
Brian Stanley attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law on a scholarship and graduated on the Dean’s List with a CALI Award in Commercial Law Survey. He grew up in Two Harbors, Minnesota and acquired an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
Brian was motivated to attend law school early in his life from witnessing family members struggle with marriage dissolution and friends enter the criminal justice system. During and after law school, he acquired experience from the Ramsey County Public Defender’s Office, Office of the Minnesota Appellate Public Defender, clerking at the Hennepin County Government Center, and performing document review for two of the largest law firms in Minnesota.
When not working, Brian enjoys exercising, video games, and cooking. He learned how to make the best guacamole from his work as a kitchen manager at Chipotle.
Henry Meyer, Associate Attorney
Henry graduated summa cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he received a Burton Award for Excellence in Legal Writing. After law school, he worked as a volunteer for the ACLU of Minnesota, and helped draft an amicus brief for the Minnesota Supreme Court. Henry is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, and enjoys finding creative solutions to complex legal problems.

Kuram Siddiqui, Associate Attorney
Mr. Siddiqui practices in the areas of Civil litigation, Family Law, Immigration, and Criminal Defense. Mr. Siddiqui is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and is licensed to practice in Minnesota. During law school, Mr. Siddiqui competed on the University of Minnesota’s Bankruptcy Moot Court Team and served as a student attorney in the University of Minnesota’s Bankruptcy Clinic where he assisted clients in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Mr. Siddiqui also served as an Articles Editor for the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science and Technology. Mr. Siddiqui received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Mr. Siddiqui also works with the Volunteer Lawyers Network representing clients pro bono seeking criminal expungements as well as through his local Islamic Center mentors high-school students applying to college.
Khuram currently lives with his wife in Hennepin County, MN. When he is not working, he likes swimming, walking in nature, and reading.

Denis, Admin Assistant
Denis is an experienced admin assistant, best known for his passion for his work and ability to assist clients. He holds a BA in English and has prior experience working in customer service, technical support, and sales. Denis is bilingual and regularly assists the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients.
